There are a considerable number of order 7 complex teragons, including 24 with outlines similar to the order 5 asymmetric partial postcomposition derivatives of the symmetric tile, but incorporating voids. The 12 similar to one of the asymmetric partial postcomposition derivatives are shown below.

The distribution of solid and void areas is more easily seen when the weight function is plotted, as below.

The unit cells are shown below. It is not obvious from visual inspection that the 6 copies make up a unit cell, but this is confirmed by plotting the weight function for the unit cell.
